In The Dreamscape Tess Amaral phones Peter Bishop on his cell and tells him that she knows that he is back. Peter appears surprised by the call but they agree to meet in a restaurant. They kiss when they meet. Amaral warns Peter that if she can find him then 'they' can find him. She is worried for him. She wants him to leave Boston and never come back. Peter becomes upset when he spots bruises on Tess arm. He surmises (and Tess does not deny) that Michael is responsible for these bruises. Later, Peter is watching the entrance of a house when he sees Michael and Tess walking in together.
