Salman Kohl is David Robert Jones's attorney.
About
In Safe, Kohl is seen visiting his client David Robert Jones three times at the Wissenschaft Prison. During the first visit, Jones wants Kohl to ask his "people" to wire $100 000 to Mitchell Loeb and to tell him the location of the next item. He also requests Kohl to bring him a number of items, including Dramamine and sun tan lotion. Jones finally asks Kohl about the size of his suit and offers to have his personal tailor make a suit for him.
During the second visit, Kohl brings the goods requested by Jones along with legal documents. They agree to meet again the next morning to sign the documents. Jones then draws the face of Olivia on the back of one of the document and asks Kohl to tell his people to "procure" this last item.
During Kohl's visit the next morning, Jones kills him, breaking his neck. He then takes his suit to wear during his teleportation out of the jail cell.
In Ability, Kohl's death scene is elaborated on - to initiate the prologue of the show, and to remind of Jones ruthlessness.
