Michael Kelly is an associate of Peter Bishop in the mob.

About

Michael Kelly has a relationship with Tess Amaral. The nature of this relationship is not clear, but appears abusive. Peter discovers in The Dreamscape, after seeing bruises on Tess' arm, suspects that Kelly has been violent with her. Peter confronts and attacks Kelly on the street, warning him not to touch Tess again. Later, Kelly meets Gregory Worth, and informs him that Peter is back in town.
