SearchForThePattern.com and ExploreTheImpossibilities.com were two identical promotional websites created for Comic-Con 2008. The sites played three fringe trailers on a loop, and had included three Fringe Symbols:

• The Leaf Symbol allowed you to register for the Fringe Scavenger Hunt
• The Apple Symbol allowed you to enter a drawing to win a trip to the Fringe premiere in NYC
• The Frog Symbol linked to the television network ebsite.

Following the series premiere, the website was removed.
