After Broyles filed the fingerprint of the suspect in Earthling, Senator Van Horn meets Broyles face-to-face to warn and stop him from investigating the case of Vasiliev. According to the statement he gathered from one of the deputy prime ministers, Timur Vasiliev illegally removed a weapon belonging to the Russian federation.
