This process is used to separate genes in stings of DNA, usually for comparison (sometimes used in paternity testing). It's possible that these DNA strands are from the sheep mentioned in Evidence 0002. All of the DNA strands are labeled by the towns depicted in 0001 and 0003.

Another video. The camera filming this event seems to be in an Air Conditioning or Heating duct of some sort, that accounts for the loud background noise and grate in front of the lens. This clip appears to be of someone robbing what looks to be a lab, or maybe an office. On a chalk board in the background you can see the Fibonacci spiral. 
The intruder walks to a desk and opens the top drawer, receiving a gun. Next he finds what he's been looking for, a piece of paper or photo that he proceeds to put through the shredder.
